Community & Diaspora Bridge Fund
Philanthropic support for the Diaspora Bridge Initiative, cohort programming, and transparent community awards — without equity. One ledger, one transparency story: diaspora training and coaching, technology and support costs, plus community awards and cohort demos.
Diaspora Bridge Initiative
The Diaspora Bridge connects Brazilian and American businesses through training, coaching, and cross-border development — with emphasis on economically marginalized founders and builders. Anyone can help grow the diaspora through partnership, hiring, or philanthropic support. Gifts to this fund pay people to train and coach participants, plus the technology and operational support that keeps the bridge running. The same fund also supports community programming — cohort demos, awards, and published transparency.
Bilingual cohorts, technology skills, and assessments so participants are ready for cross-border work.
Founder coaching, launch support, and structured cohort delivery from idea through MVP and beyond.
SaaS infrastructure, tooling, and systems that connect Brazilian and American businesses — with emphasis on economically marginalized communities.
Cross-border client matching, compliance, and ongoing program operations that keep the bridge running.
| Category | Target share | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Train & coach | 35–40% | Cohort facilitators, coaches, curriculum, bilingual coordination |
| Technology | 20–25% | Platform build, hosting, integrations, support systems |
| Program operations | 15–20% | Compliance, participant services, evaluation, reporting |
| Community & awards | 15–25% | Demo-day awards, stipends, supporter programming, transparency |
Program revenue (cohort tuition and Diaspora Bridge development packages) sustains operations over time; philanthropic gifts close the gap during pilot scale.
