The model

How the Diaspora Bridge works

1

Vetting & Certification

Brazilian developers are vetted through a structured technical assessment, English proficiency check, and professional background review. We certify skill level — Junior, Mid, or Senior — across defined tracks.

2

Employer Matching

US businesses define their needs (track, hours, budget). TribeZ matches and introduces 2–3 qualified candidates. The employer selects. We handle the contract, compliance, and onboarding.

3

Ongoing Management

TribeZ acts as the employer-of-record layer — managing time tracking, monthly reporting, contract renewal, and talent replacement if needed. Clients get a dedicated account contact.

Proof of concept

  • Active developer placements running on the platform
  • US employer clients with signed agreements
  • Compliance framework tested and validated
  • Cohort-to-placement pipeline in design
